I came to engineering through sales. Five years selling face to face and two years leading teams taught me something most tooling ignores: the bottleneck is almost never the model, it's everything around it. The handoffs, the follow-ups, the data nobody has time to enter.

So I build the systems that close those gaps: full-stack applications, automated workflows, and dashboards that put the three numbers that matter in front of the people who need them. I work mostly in Next.js and Python, with Claude and other models doing the parts they're genuinely good at.

Having carried a quota makes me a better engineer. I've had the conversations where a process breaks down, so I know which corners can be cut and which ones quietly cost someone their month.
