A strong background in sales, management, and mathematics and now constantly adapting to the ever-changing world of AI. I've built, trained, and motivated teams of sales people and now I apply those same principles to building in the world of AI.
I spent six years in sales: five face-to-face, two leading and training teams, carrying quotas and being accountable for the numbers. That's where my operating principles come from. Discipline, a level head, and trading short-term wins for long-term gains.
Markets are where those principles got sharpened. I trade macro: probability, risk-to-reward, position sizing. When I started using AI to speed up my own analysis, I realized the tooling I wanted didn't exist. So I learned to build it.
That turned into QuantDash, a live analytics platform I designed, built, secured, and shipped alone, and a stack of automations that run the business around it: lead scoring, follow-up sequences, a self-updating dashboard.
Here's what sales taught me that most engineers never learn: the model is rarely the bottleneck. The messy part is everything around it. The data, the handoffs, the humans who have to trust the output. I build for that part.
