A live dashboard reading straight from the applications sheet: volume, completion, score distribution and the high-ticket funnel, with no manual reporting step in between.
The problem
The application data lived in a sheet, which meant the only way to know how the funnel was doing was to open it and count. Nobody did, so decisions ran on gut feel.
The interface
The dashboard reads the sheet live and turns it into the handful of numbers that matter: applications and completions over time, score distribution against the high-ticket threshold, and a started-to-contacted funnel. It pairs with the application engine, so scores written by the automation show up here seconds later.
Results
The walkthrough above shows it running on live data. More detail coming as the funnel accumulates history.
