An n8n pipeline that catches every application the moment it lands, scores it, chases the ones that stall, and has an AI agent reach out to high-ticket leads by iMessage.
The problem
Applications used to sit in a sheet until someone remembered to look. Half-finished ones were never chased, high-value leads waited hours for a first touch, and nobody could say which was which without reading every row.
The workflow
A webhook catches each form submission, verifies its secret, and writes the lead to the application sheet. Abandoned applications get a timed follow-up email after a safety re-check. Completed ones are scored and assigned a tier in code, logged, and announced in Discord. High-ticket leads go one step further: a Claude-powered agent drafts a personal message and sends it by iMessage within minutes of the application landing.
